- I need to think of bigger picture scenarios instead of thinking of products first off - that is what I did and it didn't go anywhere.
- I need to ask qualifying questions - I didn't do that as much as was needed, which would help me make a solution up. I also need to draw information out from the client.
- Use the whiteboard to help create qualifying questions.
- The products themselves come last - services and related are necessary as well as knowing terminology and driving the conversation and giving the sense that I know what I am talking about.
Knowing product knowledge is one thing - getting the client on board is another and that is what I need to know how to do. Today helped me understand the gap that Os and Rich have with me.
